When Does Senior Connection Meet?

Senior Connection meets weekly on Wednesdays for chair exercise, lunch, and Bible study.

All are welcome to participate in any or all of the on-going scheduled activities.

Senior Connections also meets monthly on the 2nd Sunday for lunch and an informational program following our worship. All are invited to attend worship at 10:30 a.m., but visitors are welcome to come by for lunch and then stay for the program. We serve lunch between 11:45 a.m. – 12:15 p.m. Our programs range from speakers to showcase events and begin after lunch. We end near 1:00 p.m.

All Senior Connection events take place in the fellowship hall which is located off the Vine Street parking lot in the back of the church. Note the front of the church faces Oak Street and is two-way. The side street is Vine Street and runs from the back of the church toward Oak Street. There is plenty of parking in that back lot and the entrance is nearby.

All events are FREE to guests. Congregational participants donate $3-5 for lunches on Wednesdays and $7 for Sunday dinners.

Senior Connection is an expanding program. When we learn of a special interest or need, we start a special interest group. These might be learning a new hobby, playing a game of bridge, reading an interesting book, or hearing from those who have traveled the world. We are flexible and responsive to our seniors!
